Reward Claims
How Vault rewards work, when FCPacks sources physical items, and what happens if a claimed reward cannot be supplied.
Core principles
- Most standard physical rewards are sourced after a user submits a valid delivery claim rather than being pre-purchased and warehoused.
- A won reward remains a real user entitlement while it sits in the Vault.
- Users may keep eligible rewards in the Vault, claim delivery, or redeem for FC Credits where redemption is offered.
- FCPacks does not silently put a won reward back into the live pool while it still appears to belong to the user.
- Combined shipping is offered where eligible, not as a guarantee that every claimed reward can travel together or that bundling will always be cheaper.
What happens when you win a reward
- The reward is added to your Vault.
- The reward identity and any attached FC Credit redemption value are locked to that win.
- You may then choose the next supported action for that reward, such as claim delivery or redeem for FC Credits.
- Unless a different rule is clearly stated for a specific reward or campaign, claimable Vault rewards are generally intended to remain available for at least 12 months before any inactivity process starts.
How physical claims work
FCPacks may hold limited stock for exclusive or strategically important rewards, but many ordinary retail items are sourced on demand after a valid claim is submitted.
- Submit the delivery request with accurate shipping details and any required options such as size, region, or variant.
- Complete any verification, eligibility, or compliance checks if required.
- Once the claim is approved, FCPacks may purchase the item from an approved supplier or fulfil it from held stock.
- Tracking and delivery updates are shared when available.
Combined shipping
The Vault is intended to let fans build up rewards over time, and FCPacks may combine multiple claimed rewards into one shipment where it makes sense. Combined shipping is not guaranteed and does not always reduce cost.
Whether rewards can ship together may depend on:
- whether the items come from the same fulfilment location or supplier
- destination country and any import, VAT, or customs treatment
- parcel size, weight, and carrier service limits
- product restrictions such as batteries, liquids, oversized items, or high-value products
If some claimed rewards cannot be consolidated, FCPacks may split the shipment, hold certain items back, or offer other options allowed by the Terms and Refund Policy.
Unclaimed rewards and reminders
If you keep a claimable reward in your Vault, it does not silently disappear. FCPacks generally expects to keep claimable Vault rewards available for at least 12 months unless a different period is clearly disclosed for that reward, campaign, or region.
Where practical, reminder notices may be sent around:
- 30 days after allocation
- 90 days after allocation
- 180 days after allocation
- 330 days after allocation
After a disclosed claim window expires, a long-unclaimed reward may move into an inactive or restricted Vault state rather than being silently deleted, subject to the Terms, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
If a claimed item is unavailable
Supply can be affected by stock outages, supplier issues, delivery restrictions, fraud or compliance checks, or events outside our reasonable control. If that happens, FCPacks may pause fulfilment while we review the best remedy.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- an equivalent-or-better replacement where reasonably available
- the locked FC Credit value or another lawful platform-credit remedy
- another remedy required by applicable law
Important notes
- FC Credits do not have cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money.
- Reward availability, claim windows, region restrictions, and verification requirements may vary by reward or campaign.
- For the legally binding rules, please read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
