Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to FCPacks.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FCPacks platform, website, applications, products, and services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using FCPacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

FCPacks is operated by TopStreaks LTD.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use FCPacks.

You are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is legal in your country, state, or territory.

FCPacks reserves the right to refuse service or restrict access in certain jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
  • Notify FCPacks immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. FC Credits

FC Credits are virtual credits used within the FCPacks platform.

FC Credits:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Are not legal tender.
  • Cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Cannot be transferred between users unless explicitly permitted.
  • May only be used within FCPacks.

Purchased FC Credits are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

FCPacks may modify, discontinue, or replace FC Credits at any time.

5. Pack Openings

Users may use FC Credits to open digital packs.

Each pack contains rewards selected from a predefined reward pool.

Reward allocations are determined by platform mechanics and probabilities that may vary by pack type.

Once a pack has been opened and a reward allocated, the transaction is considered complete.

6. Rewards

Rewards may include:

  • Physical products
  • Digital products
  • Experiences
  • Promotional items
  • FC Credit rewards

Reward availability may vary by region and may be subject to stock limitations, supplier availability, legal restrictions, age verification requirements, or shipping limitations.

FCPacks reserves the right to substitute rewards of equivalent value where necessary.

7. Redeeming Rewards

Certain rewards may be eligible for redemption into FC Credits.

Redemption values are determined solely by FCPacks and may differ from estimated retail values or market prices.

Once a reward has been redeemed, the action is final and irreversible.

8. Claiming Physical Rewards

Users wishing to receive a physical reward must submit accurate shipping information.

FCPacks is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by users.
  • Customs delays.
  • Import duties.
  • Taxes.
  • Lost deliveries caused by third-party carriers.
  • Local restrictions on imported goods.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges.

9. Identity Verification

FCPacks may require users to complete identity verification procedures before:

  • Claiming rewards.
  • Receiving shipments.
  • Accessing certain platform features.
  • Completing high-value transactions.

Failure to complete verification may result in delayed or denied access to certain services.

10. Fraud Prevention

FCPacks reserves the right to investigate and take action against any activity that may involve:

  • Fraud.
  • Abuse of promotions.
  • Multiple account creation.
  • Automated usage or bots.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Exploitation of bugs, errors, or unintended functionality.

Where abuse is identified, FCPacks may suspend or terminate accounts and remove rewards, FC Credits, balances, or platform access.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on FCPacks, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Graphics
  • Software
  • Designs
  • Databases
  • Text
  • Images

is owned by or licensed to FCPacks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit platform content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCPacks shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages.
  • Consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of business opportunities.
  • Loss of data.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Third-party provider failures.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to FCPacks during the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

FCPacks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time where necessary to:

  • Protect platform integrity.
  • Prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Enforce these Terms.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

FCPacks may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
